The Cutting Unit is the first step in the bag manufacturing process. Our technicians carefully inspect all of the fabric and materials before cutting them to ensure that they meet our required standards of quality. We use a variety 02 types of cutting methods, Hand machine cutting and die cutting, and ensure that our cuts are precise and accurate.

Once the fabric and materials have been cut, they are carefully inspected again to ensure that they are free of defects. We then send the cut pieces to our sewing department, where they are assembled into our finished bags.
